The present perfect tense and a quiz

Hello Students,
Just as in a regular school, your online teacher wants to know if you've been paying attention and following the schedule of lessons. The first part of August has been about the present perfect tense. The quiz below requires that you choose the correct helping verb and the correct main verb for each sentence and question. If you need help, go back to Yellow Level Lessons Three, Four, and Five.

Directions: Choose the correct helping verb for each sentence and question. Change the main verb (in parentheses) into the form of the past participle.
Write your answers in your notebook.

1. Where ________ you ________? (be)

Thanks to everyone who has donated to the website this month. My costs are rising as the number of people who visit here increase. But remember, if you are unable to contribute any money right now, that's okay!  Membership will always be free for anyone in the world. I don't want to exclude anyone.

That's all for now.

 Have a nice day!
