Your first lesson in English is on the verb BE

So here we areAre you ready to learn English? That's why you signed up for the free lessons, right? It's my hope that the lessons online are helpful. The Blue Level on LearnAmericanEnglishOnline.com starts you off with a lesson on the verb "be." This is the most important verb for you to learn when you are a student of English. It can also be the most confusing verb. Even advanced students of English make mistakes with "be." I'm sure you will benefit from this lesson. 

Now, look back at the last paragraph and see how many different ways in which the verb "be" is used. It takes many different forms.  That's one reason why it's so important to understand well.
